Step 1- Fill out Your Law Firm’s Info & Objectives
Use the Question Form to add any special objectives you wish the AI to ask or topics you want the AI to cover. Remember, our AI has a learning system programmed into it. Its job is to help qualify and disqualify a call, on top of sending you a potential case lead. Use as many of the empty question boxes to list info you would like the AI to gather from the caller. For example, do you want it to know if a police report was filed or if they’ve spoken to an insurance company yet? If you have questions please contact your Account Manager.
Steps 2 & 3 – Select Your Script & Record Your Voice
We provide a weird, but effective script. It’s designed to help Saturn understand how you speak, and annonciate, as well as other speech features needed to properly close your AI avatar. Legal Leads Group has the English and Spanish scripts below, if you require any other languages please ask your LLG Account Manager. We can provide Saturn in multiple languages.
Simply read the script a few times to practice, then when you are ready, make sure your computer speakers are on and your computer’s mic works. You can also use your mobile phone. Click on “Begin Recording” and from a relaxed style, read the script completely. Then, end the recording, save it to your computer. Finally, click “Upload File” and select the voice recording, click submit, and you are done. Your LLG team lead will contact you shortly once it is finished.
