Even though we do the bulk of the heavy lifting when it comes to your marketing, there are times where we need data and feedback from you.

One of our biggest “pet-peeves” is not being able to get a live person on the phone. Even worse, if you’re able to get someone on the phone, 90% + of the time the rep on the other end isn’t based out of the United States. Our ENTIRE staff is based here in the USA. More importantly, you can talk to a LIVE rep, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re here when you need us.
- Honesty is the best policy. Don’t speak about a product or service unless you fully understand it. It’s OKAY to tell a client that you don’t know the answer, BUT that you will find someone who does and get back to them.
- Do NOT overpromise and underdeliver. Set REAL expectations with your clients.
